MARKT. by Spruce Meadows is an online vendor-based marketplace which means we use a dropshipping method where each vendor ships directly from their location in Canada to you. No, Spruce Meadows is not fulfilling the orders. Our 220+ vendors are fulfilling the orders and sending the items from their location to you. If you have an order that has products from multiple vendors, you will receive multiple pacakges. Delivery may vary from each vendor, depending on their location to you.
No, we do not hold the inventory for each item. All the items are shipped directly from the vendor you've purchased from. Vendors are not necessarily all in Calgary. While Spruce Meadows is a Calgary based business, we have amazing local vendors all over Canada.
Yes! Our system calculates the shipping from each vendor in your cart to your shipping address. This means you can shop from as many vendors as you like, we'll take care of the rest. It's an easy, one-stop shoppoing experience.
We rely on vendors to fulfil their orders within 72 hours, unless the item you've ordered is on back-order or custom made. Because it is currently a very busy season, please order early and expect potential delays with Canada Post.
No, we had to change our plans for 2020 as with current restrictions, we could not hold our International Christmas Market, presented by Telus, in person. We had to move online to MARKT. by Spruce Meadows, which will be available year around, instead of only 3 weekends in November/December!

We have made it easy to return or exchange product. Each item is returnable or exchangeable within 14 days of receiving it, unless it's perishable or custom made. See our complete refund policy here.

We use PayPal for all of our payment processing.
No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase. When you are directed to PayPal's website to complete the purchse, you have the option to sign in or just select "Pay with a debit or credit card". It's quick and easy!
We accept all major credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay with Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard. You can also pay with a MARKT. by Spruce Meadows Gift Card. Please note, GIft Cards do not expire.
Shipping & Tracking

We ship to all of Canada on most products. Some products, as noted in their descriptions, might be limited to a certain geographical area if they're perishable or can't be mailed.
You can track your items by making an account on MARKT. by Spruce Meadows and then checking your order history. You will also be sent tracking information to your email account you used at the time of sale.
We offer shipping on most items to all of Canada. Some vendors have products that do not ship, these products will include delivery to a certain physical area as described in the item description. There is no pick-up option available.
Your shippin is based on how many products you have in your cart from how many different vendors. If you have 10 items from 10 different vendors, your shipping will have to take into account shipping each item from 10 different locations. If select 10 items from 3 vendors, your shipping cost will be much less. We have an amazing rate with Canada Post, but if you have a wide selection in your cart, your shipping cost will be higher.
If you have ordered from more than one vendor, you are actually expecting more than one package. You can check your account on the top right (the outline of the person's head) to check the status and the tracking numbers. You will also be emailed your tracking number each time an item is fulfilled by a vendor. Please reach out ot us at email@example.com if you need help tracking items or finding the information. If you can't see your tracking information, please email us to follow up with your items that haven't shipped.
Please allow at least 3 business days after processing your order for all the items to start shipping, unless the item is a pershible or custom order. Then allow shipping time and potential delays due to a busy holiday season. Your tracking numbers will allow you to find out where your order is.
